Traveled to Harrisburg (NC) this past weekend to compete at Harrisburg's Bar-Ba-Brew and try our hand again cooking the Southern BBQ Network style.

We braved the weather and appreciate our helpers putting on their rain gear and tackling the elements with us to lend a helping hand.

Thank you Michael and staff for your hard work and dedication for the event.

We certainly learned a few lessons from our cook that we will carry with us to our next SBN comp. We did hear our name called for 4th place Pork. Good to clinch us 6th overall.

The highlight of our day was being approached by a young lady who came over to our trailer because she saw Jesus Loves You on the smoker- she asked us to pray for her. That was worth it all ✝️

Back home from Pigmaster's Challenge. This is one of our favorite contests we get to compete in. It also holds a special place in our hearts as this was the contest we clinched our first GC at a few years ago 🏆

Thank you Jessica, Tara and your team who make this contest so fun and successful year after year. The hospitality you show us cook teams is top notch and greatly appreciated!

We were blessed to hear our name called for 8th Place Springer Mountain Farms Chicken and 4th Place Prairie Fresh Ribs. Good enough to make us 5th Overall.

Thank you Two Drummers Butcher & BBQ Provisions for supplying those awesome ribs for us!

Congrats to Hold Your Horses BBQ on Reserve, Alpine Smoke Works Competition BBQ Team on Grand, and everyone else who heard their name called.

Back home from KCBS Battle of the Blue Ridge. This was a first year contest and it was such a great event. All we can say is thank you and we look forward to next year! Your hospitality and hard work did not go unnoticed!

We ended up having
28th Chicken ( didn’t think it was that bad but totally owning it wasn’t a Top 10)
6th Place Two Drummers Butcher & BBQ Provisions Prairie Fresh Ribs
10th Place Pork
13th Place Snake River Farms Brisket

Good enough to bless us with a 10th Place Overall finish

We will take a couple weeks off and gear up for Pigmaster's Challenge in September.
