Chelsea in America (CIA).
(Est. 2013) Our official bar is The Upper Deck @ Hooligans in the Courtyard on S. Church between W. 3rd and MLK in downtown (uptown for those recent transplants). CIA is a nation-wide, non-profit supporters club with regional and local groups across the United States.
