The GoalDen Standard Assessment 📊⚽️

How do you know if you’re improving if you’re not measuring your progress?

At The GoalDen, player development goes beyond just showing up and training. We've invested in the highest quality technology from to .

Our GoalDen Standard Assessment uses objective data to assess players both technically and physically, giving us a snapshot of their strengths and areas for improvement.

And it doesn’t stop after the first assessment. As members, players have the opportunity to retest, track their progress, and see measurable growth over time.

TEST. TRAIN. RETEST. 📈⚽️

The GoalDen Outdoor Academy is here ⚽️

We’re officially kicking off our Outdoor Academy at The GoalDen Grounds, beginning with:

Foundations | Ages 5–7
Control & Create
Thursdays | 5:00–6:00 PM

Development | Ages 8–11
See & Decide
Thursdays | 6:00–7:00 PM

We believe proper coaching at a young age matters. The habits, confidence and relationship players develop with the ball early can shape how they play for years to come.

That’s why technical development is at the core of everything we do at The GoalDen. Players will work on ball mastery, 1v1 ability, first touch, passing and receiving, then learn to apply those skills through pressure, decision-making and small-sided play.

Our goal is simple: develop the individual player and build a foundation they can take into any environment.

8 Weeks | 1 Session/Week | $160

Check Events in the link in our bio to register.

Our vision.
Our Outdoor Pathway on The GoalDen Grounds.

We’ve built a clear Outdoor Pathway designed to give players what they need at the stage they’re in—not rush them to the next one.

And especially at the younger ages, who is teaching matters. Having coaches who have played the game, understand the development process, and know how to teach it in an age-appropriate way can make a huge difference.

Build the right foundation. Then build on it.

Which tier are you most looking forward to?

🍻⚽️ FREE COMMUNITY HOURS ON THE GOALDEN GROUNDS TODAY!

Heading to for some food or drinks tomorrow? We’re opening The GoalDen Grounds for Community Hours so kids can get out on the turf and PLAY so the entire family enjoys their time on site.

We know this space was something the community was able to enjoy before The GoalDen Grounds was built, and as we continue growing, we want to make sure the improvements we have made are still being utilized by our community.

A few important things to know:

⚽ Community Hours are FREE for Middle James patrons
👨‍👩‍👧 This is NOT a drop-off program — a parent/guardian must remain onsite and is responsible for supervising their child
🦺 GoalDen staff will be inside the field to help maintain a safe playing environment
🧹 Please help us take care of the space. Pick up after yourself, keep food and drinks off the turf, and help us leave the field ready for our training, rentals, and programs.

We want The GoalDen Grounds to be more than just a training field. We want it to be a space the community can enjoy too.

Grab some food, grab a drink, and let the kids PLAY. 🍻⚽️
