Classes are an affordable way to get technical dance instruction in a low pressure environment. This video demonstrates just a few of of the pre- bronze skills that we will be teaching at out first group session (5 pack of classes.) All couples & singles welcome and suitable for beginners.

One of our favorite latin dances is the cha cha (also called cha cha cha). Originating from Cuba in the 1950's this fun high energy dance is known for its sharpe staccato beats and up tempo feels. The cha cha is an athletic dance because of it's two fast quick-quicks (1-2-3 cha- cha) and it's forceful downbeat on the '1'.
