PAX of 7 drug out the goods for our annual broom (sword, mace) workout--this year's objects were the best yet! FiA is inclusive of all women, and all ages and fitness levels. If your friends don’t regift you a sexy Sasquatch bo***ir poster, do you even have friends? Our 2nd annual post-holiday re-gift Dirty Santa party was a success! Southern Crescent didn’t right with yummy cocktails and Cajun food. There were some “gifts” to be had — hot pink egg cracker, anyone? Tinned fish? Sasquatch with a trash panda?

7 PAX braved the snow for a time bomb workout. Charlottesville had the pleasure of hosting Zin from and ! We stayed warm with all of the squats and had our usual pleasant mumble chatter to distract us from the cold. PAX of 7 burned thighs on this warm Saturday morning. FIA is always free, always outdoors, and all women are welcome. It is a safe space for us to be ourselves and connect with each other while improving our fitness. We are not professionals and are peer led--which means that all workouts are different. On Saturdays, we share a cup of coffee (or hot chocolate) and catch up on our lives. Most of us started out as strangers, but I couldn't imagine my life without these fabulous women. 6 PAX started the day working some under-utilized muscles. Raven decided that today was the day for tennis balls after an evening of climbing humbled our poor little fingies. FiA is open to all women, is always free, and always outdoors. We are peer-led and do not take ourselves or our workouts too seriously. We show up, have fun, and get stronger in the process. Join us! 7 strong women got out of bed and showed up this morning for Fab Friday. Notice the crossed out top of the workout. We got there and the Q Sw***er said “hell, no” to starting with 11s and so we didn’t. Modify as needed! We did sets and ended with abs on a rinse and repeat. Did we complain? Uh huh. Was it early? 5 Pax pushed hard through a EMOM workout this morning. Hard work pays off. We did this workout for the first time several years ago and thought we were going to die. Mark your calendars! F3's Q-Sack and FiA's Wanderlust will be co-site leaders for Adventure Guides starting on April 26th at the UVA Rotunda 7:30-8:15 am. Adventure Guides is an inclusive all family members workout open to FiA and F3 members + kids + partners. We have 1x a month, at the end of month on a Saturday, Q in the warmer months- all ages and genders welcome!
