FiA Charlottesville

PAX of 7 drug out the goods for our annual broom (sword, mace) workout--this year's objects were the best yet! FiA is inclusive of all women, and all ages and fitness levels. We support each other, and most of all, have fun. Always free and always outdoors, no commitment. Come for the workout, stay for the coffee. Or vice-versa.

If your friends don’t regift you a sexy Sasquatch bo***ir poster, do you even have friends? Our 2nd annual post-holiday re-gift Dirty Santa party was a success! Southern Crescent didn’t right with yummy cocktails and Cajun food. There were some “gifts” to be had — hot pink egg cracker, anyone? Tinned fish? Sasquatch with a trash panda?

7 PAX braved the snow for a time bomb workout. Charlottesville had the pleasure of hosting Zin from and ! We stayed warm with all of the squats and had our usual pleasant mumble chatter to distract us from the cold.
