Our new training split starts 7/2 ๐ฅ
* Monday - Romanian Deadlifts, Pull-Ups, Conditioning EMOM w/core and barbell cycling
* Tuesday - Overhead Barbell Lifting, Bench Press, Upper Body Push Muscle Endurance Conditioning
* Wednesday - Back Squat, High Power Conditioning Sets (SPRINT WORK)
* Thursday - Active Recovery + Blood Flow + Core. Gymnastics @ 5:15pm
* Friday - Deadlift Strength, Dips/Triceps, Hinge & Push Muscle Endurance Conditioning
* Saturday - Long Pause Front Squat Build, Back/Bicep TriSet Accessory, For Time Partner Conditioning CHALLENGE
* Sunday - Rest
