Anyone interested in Subletting a 2,500 square foot space in Charlottesville for only about $2,500 a month, utilities included? Because of many unforeseen events, we can no longer operate Ricochet Fitness LLC to its full potential, yet we have nine months left on the lease. So if you’re interested in just the space or even the business, we are open to you. We really need a renter ASAP, so don’t hesitate to share this and contact me with questions/interest.
