An intentionally small, FUN, and focused soccer academy for area players located in Charlottesville, Va , the Excellence Through Mastery Soccer Academy seeks to advance player development by helping athletes get "beyond the plateau" of athleticism. ETM accomplishes this through classes/ instruction in mental conditioning, nutrition, energy management, tactics, leadership and soccer specific strength & conditioning, and the use of its Total Player Development curriculum.

Just watched the end of the Stoke / Man City game and was SO impressed with Stoke's collective potency in both the defensive and attacking phases....they hunted / pressed the ball perfectly (defensively) and provided amazing angles of support (attacking)...it really was "beautiful" and so nice to see.
