Thank you to all the amazing people who've volunteered to coach our team this fall! We have 70 volunteers and 130 kids riding. We couldn't do this without you! We are looking for a couple more people to help out with XC practices, even if it's just as a back-up.

The Roanoke College Cycling Team is hosting the 3rd annual GoNoke! XC Mountain Bike Race on the USAC MTB Endurance National Championship Course at Explore Park. This is a USAC sanctioned event open to collegiate, novice, sport, and elite categories. Roanoke College is part of the Atlantic Collegiate Conference. One day licenses are available for select categories. Bring your friends and family to spectate and enjoy a day of fun and play at Explore Park!

Summer's not over but we're ready to start team practices!
XC practices have already resumed on Monday & Thursdays.
Bridge starts Monday August 17th
Rec team practices start Wednesday the 19th and Thursday the 20th.

What an amazing event in Roanoke! Congratulations to our young athletes for their grit, sportsmanship, and outstanding performances at the USAC Mountain Bike Endurance Nationals. A heartfelt thank-you to the volunteers, coaches, families, and community supporters who showed up, worked tirelessly, and helped make this event a success. Hosting Nationals for a second year is a huge win for our community, we’re proud, grateful, and already looking forward to welcoming everyone back for Year Three in 2027. 👍🚴♀️🤙

We’re looking for passionate individuals to join our team as volunteer coaches. If you love mountain biking and want to make a positive impact on young riders, this is your chance to help. You don’t have to be a pro, volunteer coaches play a vital role by providing mentorship, guidance, and support to young riders. We will help you learn essential biking skills and safety techniques while you help instill values like teamwork, perseverance, and responsibility in our young riders. We provide training and the required certifications for all coaches.
