6 months navigating motherhood…
If you see me around you will probably find me with my baby. Today learning and practicing how to manifest and embodying my higher self thanks to sweet reminded me to my times of pregnancy and birth. Were this little being inside of me was helping me to bring that out. By surrendering to the process I found inspiration and lived how I always envisioned myself.

Nursing has been a hard path for me. Both of kids I had to supplement with formula. Specially around 4 months old when their intake increases. The lack of sleeping and the stress in live puts my body in flight or fight and start gaining weight.
Last time I weighted myself I was heavier than when I was pregnant and it not a good feeling.
I have therapy to help me change that negative self talk that many times can be very mean!
It is not an easy journey but it is my journey, working as hard to improve myself and not pass it to my kids!
If you have strategies on how to change the negative self talk write it on the comments.

Slowly getting out of the newborn bubble, I found extremely challenging not to move! Not to exercise or being in the move like I was used to. That has probably being the hardest so far, sleeping is overrated 😂
