When this sweet family reached out for me to sell a house they LOVED, but grew out of with four kiddos, they had already purchased their new one and time was of the essence!
We talked on a Wednesday, met that Saturday for me to see the house, I had photos taken Monday, we were listed Thursday and under contract by Saturday night.....three weeks later, this wonderful house that they created so many memories in, is officially home to the next family!
Every party involved in this one, on both sides, truly made it an absolute DELIGHT and an amazing reminder of how things CAN be done. SO thankful to have been trusted to help this family move on to their next chapter ❤️
