My sweet boy graduated from Pre-K today, and I 100% cried as much as you can imagine 🙈

I still remember how excited I was as a kid for Field Day but I can promise you, his excitement tops mine by a mile 🤣 🫶🏼

These two had the BEST day at the zoo 🦁🐅🙊

About a year ago, we started chatting about their home buying journey. We sat down, went through all of their options, started meeting with builders and looking at land, but with a newborn, an almost one year old, and wedding planning, life was slightly crazy to say the least. After we couldn’t find any land that really fit, we put things on hold…..but I was always keeping an eye out.

I saw my friend Katie post about this house, and IMMEDIATELY thought of them. With the raised garden beds, chicken coops, and creek for the boys to explore outside, then the GORGEOUS inside, porches for coffee sipping, and a huge basement that they could grow into as a family, it checked every single box we had been looking for. It wasn’t necessarily the “right time,” we weren’t necessarily on the active hunt, but after a year of sending houses and here and there, Phil and Erika both immediately said, “YES.”

Well, that was three weeks ago when they saw it in person for the first time and we all knew, right away, this was the one.

So so thankful for great teamwork & a smooth process all around!!

The Soon-To-Be Parkins Family is H🏠ME 🫶🏼

We planted flowers,
We soaked up ALLLL the sunshine and outside time, �We ran errands for mama’s super busy work week,�We ate way too many sweet treats,�We adventured to different playgrounds and got to see good friends,�& we ended Spring Break with a weekend playing t-ball, spending time with daddy, a train ride, and more ice cream of course 🤪

The most perfect afternoon to spend at the ballfield ⚾️💙🧡
