In 2009, a small group of Lindy Hop enthusiasts got together and started brainstorming about how to build a swing dance scene in Charlottesville. Join us this Wednesday as we kick off a new Beginner Series! Never danced before? No partner or experience needed!
Intermediates will keep building skills with Intermediate Balboa, followed by open social dancing for everyone.

Oops! Nevermind. We still don't have access to our second space from our second venue, so we will NOT have a beginner class this week Aug 19 or next week Aug 26. The Balboa series will be held at the Front Porch at 7pm both days. Sorry folks!

Because of unexpected venue changes for our intermediate class this month, we will be switching this week's fundamentals class to be a 101 drop-in class suitable for all levels. We will still have a balboa class in the JB's studio.

It’s time for some fire (aka awesome) moves at Firefly! Never danced before? No worries! From 6-7 there will be a beginner lesson to get you ready to social dance for the rest of the night. Bring an empty stomach because tonight has FREE admission which means you can use that extra $$ to grab some delicious food from our host. We hope to see you there!
