This awesome group brought all the positive energy to kick out a “throw down” kind of workout at IronWolf Training as a fundraiser for SHE (Shelter For Help In Emergency)! They are some of the most selfless and generous people I know and I feel very blessed to call them “my pack” and so lucky to be surrounded by them when I “go to work”! 💛

It’s been 6 years since the doors of IronWolf Training opened and we’ve been going strong ever since!! This past year was a doozie with our parking lot torn up, then no heat through the winter, and then being shut down due to a pandemic. Who would have thought all of that was in store for us this time last year?? I am beyond thankful for each of you making IronWolf the success that it is. I consider myself so very fortunate to have my days filled with each of you coming to my gym. Your positive attitudes, discipline, determination, and grit to do the challenging workouts that Mazie and I come up with says so much about each of you. It is my honor to push you and encourage you in each of your fitness journies.

I’m not sure what all this next year might hold, but I do know that we will remain IronWolf strong! Here’s to the past 6 and to the next one ahead!

The Pandemic 6 Hour Challenge memories....

This crew survived the first ever IronWolf 6 Hour Challenge! Lots of fun today working it out, doing some yoga and meditation, with a scavenger hunt in the mix! More to come!
