Today, we remember. ❤️

We remember the lives lost, the families forever changed, the first responders who ran toward danger, and the countless acts of courage and compassion that emerged on one of our country’s darkest days.

We also remember what followed - the way people reached for one another. Neighbors helped neighbors. Strangers showed kindness to strangers. Communities gathered, grieved and held one another a little closer.

Twenty-five years later, may we honor those we lost not only by remembering, but by carrying some of that love forward.

May we choose kindness. May we take care of one another. May we remember how much we need each other.

Never forget. 🇺🇸

Last night we celebrated our 10th spring/summer season with a team 5k fun run!

These ladies have put in 18 weeks of hard work to get here. It was so much fun watching them celebrate all they’ve accomplished together.

Here’s to 10 years of fitness, fun, and friendship—and many more miles ahead! 💜💪🎉
