Club Care Paraprofessional (Part-Time) at Bluff Creek Elementary
Start Date: ASAP
Position Days/Hours: Monday-Friday 2:45pm-5:45pm; Student Contact Days
Salary: $20.99/hr.
Qualifications: Must be 18 or older. Current first aid certification (have or willing to obtain); 1 years experience working with elementary aged children.

Bravo to our Early Education team for presenting at last night’s School Board work session! 👏

Through StormHawks Preschool, our youngest learners build the early literacy skills that prepare them for kindergarten and beyond. At the end of last school year:

📚 89% of 4-year-olds met or exceeded age expectations for expressive vocabulary.
📖 91% met or exceeded age expectations for emergent reading skills.

This year, we’re building on that success by launching SEEDS of Learning, an evidence-based framework focused on language, literacy, and social-emotional growth. We’re also partnering with Early Learning Corps to bring AmeriCorps tutors into preschool classrooms for targeted literacy and math support.

Kudos to our Early Education staff for creating a strong start for our youngest learners!
