What a day of racing at the Tennessee Indoor Rowing Championship ! My Garage Girl Stephanie Smith took home gold in the Never Ever Womens 2000m! That’s back to back Garage girl gold (but who’s counting 😜)! Alli Morrison 2023

My Balanced Studio crew mate Tonya Derrickson-Paul took on the lightweight category for gold and silver.

And my Chattanooga Rowing coaches took silver in the relay!

And of course my Chattanooga Junior Rowers pushed themselves to finish the winter season strong with lots of medals and PR’s!

I love love love my “job” as a coach!!!
