This client came to me with chronic back and neck pain due to scoliosis and pectus excavatum. This pain contributed to low mood and anxiety. The back pain from her scoliosis worsened during pregnancy, even with regular chiropractic visits. She also struggled to maintain a healthy body weight and muscle mass.
She is now 95% pain-free and has gained 15 lbs of healthy mass. Her confidence has improved in movement, and she shows up in life with more assertiveness. She has not visited a chiropractor since we began training.
