1. Alternate Side Lunge + Shin to Ankle Touch
2. Side Hop Balance + Foot Touch
3. 2 Jumping Jacks + 2 Rear Lunge Taps
4. Single Leg Sit & Stand (10 each leg)
5. Side Hop Balance + Squat Touchdown to Ankle
REPEAT 2-4 times
