We were able to safely give our team some much appreciated donations tonight. Thanks to some local fishermen everyone on our team received a huge bag of lures, jigs, and various other items. We certainly appreciate the support we have from our community. Now everyone is set for summer fishing!!

We have a couple students wanting to fish a small tournament out of the canal in Lenoir city Saturday and are in need of a captain. The students compete against other students and captain competes in big fish against other adults. Let me know if your interested the tournament is safelight till 1:30

MHS Bass Team has made the decision not to fish Saturday’s SETN tournament due to floating debris and fast moving currents. We know Watts Bar is our home lake, but fishing could put our kids, captains, and their boats in unnecessary danger.
