At Vive, we care infinitely more about changing how you feel inside of it.

The women you see in these photos didn’t walk through our doors because they wanted to join a loud, ego-driven gym culture. They came to us because life was feeling heavy, their energy was depleted, and the traditional fitness world felt entirely intimidating.

They stayed because they found a community of women between 35 and 55 who are navigating the exact same chapters of life. Women who know what it’s like to balance a career, family, and changing bodies, all while trying to reclaim their own strength.
