Coach Josh Heupel had high praise for Carson Gentle following Saturday’s game against Georgia Tech.

Before making his mark at Tennessee, Carson helped lead McCallie to three state championships in football and also won state titles in wrestling during his time on the Ridge.

Now, he’s bringing that same toughness, work ethic, and competitive spirit to Rocky Top.

Proud to see a McCallie alumnus continuing to represent the school at the highest level.
