Before Trek was a family company, it was a family.

And before the bikes, the buildings, the race teams, the rides all around the world, there was a mom who believed in the dream — who kept things going through the early years, the hard calls, the late nights.

Her name is Lainey, and she’s the matriarch of Trek.

Like many moms, she doesn’t ask for credit. But we all know where the credit is due.

She’s part of every ride we’ve made possible. And she reminds us of something bigger — that behind so many great things in this world, there’s a mother who shaped it.

Happy Mother’s Day to her, and to all the mothers who build, support, lead, and love like only mothers can.
