Meet Enrique, a dedicated member of the Lookout Fitness family who brings energy and positivity to every workout! 💪
Enrique is a traveler, mentor, dog dad, gamer, and husband, balancing his many passions while crushing it at the gym. He’s been a consistent force at Lookout Fitness for nearly a year now, officially hitting his one-year mark this April! 🎉
As a frequent face in the Committed Club, Enrique shows up month after month, proving that hard work and dedication pay off. His great attitude is infectious, making him an inspiration to everyone who trains alongside him.

⭐️ A New Chapter Begins at Lookout Fitness! ⭐️
We’re thrilled to officially introduce ourselves as the new owners of Lookout Fitness!
👋 Wil: I’m a former competitive gymnast turned CrossFitter and a proud University of Georgia graduate. My wife, MacKenzie, and I moved to Chattanooga a year ago, and I’ve been searching for the perfect opportunity to lead a CrossFit gym—Lookout Fitness is everything I hoped for and more!
👋 Glenn: I’ve been part of the CrossFit community since 2008 and currently run two successful gyms in Rome, GA. Joining the Lookout family is an honor, and I’m excited to bring my experience and passion for fitness to this amazing community.
We’re both incredibly grateful for this opportunity to continue the legacy of Lookout Fitness. Our goal is to maintain the strong culture, coaching, and programming you’ve come to love while building an even stronger future together. 💪

Meet Mary Alice Bradshaw, a participant in our Fall into Nutrition Group! 🍁🍽️💪
Week 2 focused on avoiding processed foods and sugars, and Mary Alice has been handling it like a pro! 🙌
Here’s what she’s learned so far:
* 'Doing the challenge with Spencer (her husband) has been a game changer. Having a buddy to share frustrations and ideas with has made all the difference!' 💬🤝
* 'We’ve learned that this lifestyle is totally doable—you can focus on macros and still enjoy food and drinks. It doesn’t have to be all or nothing.' 🥗🍕🍷
* 'Navigating social events has been empowering. I’ve learned to make healthy choices, whether sticking to my macros or allowing myself a break for burgers with friends.' 🍔🙌
* 'Even though week 2 focused on avoiding processed foods and sugars, Spencer and I decided to be realistic with our busy 1.5-year-old. We’re focusing on what’s manageable and being more mindful of ingredients.' 👶📋🛒

We are seeking energetic, passionate part-time CrossFit Coach to join our team. This role is perfect for those who love to motivate others, enjoy working within a supportive team, and are eager to be part of a mission-driven gym. You’ll play a crucial role in our members’ fitness journeys.
Key Responsibilities:
➡️ Conduct group CrossFit classes with enthusiasm and professionalism.
➡️ Engage with members to build a positive, supportive community environment.
➡️ Collaborate with the team to continuously improve the member experience.
Qualifications:
➡️ High energy and a positive attitude, with a genuine desire to help others succeed.
➡️ Availability for 10-15 hours per week, including early mornings and evenings.
➡️ Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
➡️ Eagerness to learn and grow within the fitness industry.
➡️ CrossFit Level 1 or higher certification (Don’t have that? We have a great intern program you can join to help you get one)

Ming Sandon!
Ming is a proud local business owner here in Chattanooga, running Habachi & Wings for the past 4 years! If you haven’t been - you gotta try it!
In his free time, Ming is all about outdoor adventures—from hiking and paddle boarding to scuba diving! 🥾🏄♂️🤿
He’s a regular in our 8:30 AM class and credits the amazing coaches and supportive gym community for helping him stay consistent as a Lookout Fitness member for the past two years. 💪
Ming’s consistency and hard work has gotten him far - he is down close to 40 # since being at Lookout. He has made small changes that have added up to big changes. 🤩
