The persistent stiffness. The debilitating flare-ups after simple chores. The frustration of trying everything and never seeing real change.
If that sounds familiar, this class series is for you.
Across four focused classes, we’ll break down the foundational patterns that determine how your body supports itself, moves through space. You’ll learn why your pain develops and techniques to begin restoring coordination between parts of your body that haven’t been working together.
This isn’t another workout. It’s the starting point for rebuilding the mechanics that make you feel stable, strong, and capable again.
