My mission is to bring the perfect solution to my clients for their greatest health + wellness. That means I wear a lot of hats :: I am a certified Wholistic Health Coach + Personal Trainer, Barre instructor, Yoga Teacher, and Nutrition Consultant 🤓

Vita was the only one who could find 🕵🏼‍♀️ and fix👷🏼‍♀️my chronic pinched nerves, the rotation and elevation in my pelvis, and the dysfunction in my thoracic region causing decreased range of motion in my arms.

Could you imagine working out with all that misalignment!? 😱😖

Before anyone works with me in the gym they MUST see Vita first! There is no point in training your body to be strong in its dysfunctional patterns, you will never find the results you work so hard for!

Serotonin can affect sleep, appetite, temperature, sexual behavior, and pain sensation. Since 5-HTP increases the synthesis of serotonin, it is used for several diseases where serotonin is believed to play an important role including :: ⠀

😞 while the exact cause is still a mystery, a serotonin imbalance may influence your mood in a way that leads to depression. 5-HTP increases serotonin levels in your body, which may improve symptoms, especially when used in combination with other antidepressant substances or medications⠀

😳 Serotonin can be converted into Melatonin, which plays an important role in regulating sleep. Levels rise at night to induce sleep, and rise in the morning to wake you up. An imbalance can effect your ability to fall & stay asleep.⠀
