What a day on nickajack for tanner and I our clients had an absolute blast. Tanner went down and fished grass on the lower end and caught them allllllll day long. My clients really wanted to catch smallmouth so we went up river and I was very nervous about that because the water is still so warm and I didn’t know if the smallmouth would cooperate. Wowwwww am I glad we did because it was amazing we caught so many smallmouth all morning long biggest being a 4.6 but we had so many quality smallmouth after that. All and all a great day and happy clients!!

Great first day back on chickamauga we were able to land their first frog fishing bass on a Copper Red Baits frog. We had some awesome blowups at first light and was able to land some good ones!!! I can’t wait to get back out there tomorrow I think we can land a biggg bag.

Last couple of days on the jack have been a blast! We had good numbers again on Thursday and on Friday got to put 12 in the boat on a frog! This cool weather has them acting right and I can’t wait to only have 5 frog rods on the front deck for about a month.
