Striking seminar was a success - lots of good training and a lot of learning! Towards the end, Jeff Powell taught us a drill to simulate being dizzy/rocked and using the cage to defend. 😵‍💫🫨
(🫪Peep the puke bucket for just-in-case😅…🪣)

Thanks to all who showed from Infinity and other academies! And big thank you to Powell's Martial Arts Concepts and Lindsey for your time and expertise 👊

SUPER valuable. Thanks to everyone who came out and participated and thanks to Powell's Martial Arts Concepts and Lindsey!

Raising well-rounded kids takes more than academics. It’s confidence. Coordination. Friendships. Learning to try, fall, get back up & try again.

That’s what we love about Friday’s Homeschool PE / 1PM Tumbling class with Coach Robyn 🤸‍♀️

Kids are developing physical, social & emotional skills—all while having a whole lot of fun.

Our Mon–Fri Homeschool PE is about more than building strong bodies. It’s about raising capable, confident, well-rounded kids.

Come join us for a class! 🤸💪🥊🥋

Future Ninjas! Our 4-6 year old class, led by Coach Chance is so much fun and these kids learn a LOT. We focus on wrestling, body control/gymnastics, and discipline/character-building in our littles class, and it’s so neat to see it all take shape. These kids have a mean single leg

Marketing: “Wes, you write moving prose and beautiful poetry. What do you want your next video to be about?”
Wes: “I want to talk about that guy fighting a chimpanzee.”
Marketing: …
Wes: “With details. I have strong opinions on this.”
Marketing: “….why??”
Wes: “Man smash monkey.”

Cole Johnson once again, this is a bad idea and there’s a strong chance of getting maimed for life. You should not do this. Not because you can’t but because it isn’t worth the risk. 🤙🏼
