The Midweek Reset is a 75-minute therapeutic yoga experience designed to help you unwind, breathe deeply, and regulate your nervous system after the demands of daily life. Through gentle flow, breath-led movement, restorative practices, and guided relaxation, you’ll leave feeling more grounded, clear, and restored.

As the moon moves through its waxing crescent 🌙 phase this week, it brings an energy of gentle growth, intention, and forward movement. Unlike the intensity of the full moon, this phase invites us to build slowly and to take small, meaningful steps toward what we want to cultivate in our lives.

The Sunday class line-up is getting a refresh with Hannah Carlton! New schedule starts tomorrow, May 10. See you on the mat!
9:00 - 10:00am - Yinyasa
In this mobility focused class, we’ll link movement to breath vinyasa-style in a gentle flow (think low and slow with longer holds), followed by yin poses for deep stretching of the connective tissue. It’s a delicious combo of yin + yang and the perfect treat for Sunday mornings.
10:30 - 11:30am - Hatha
A traditional yoga class that uses static postures to lengthen, strengthen, and align the body. We’ll take the time to break down poses and learn how to be strong and safe within each shape. Your teacher will provide modifications and prop options to suite each students’ needs, and you can expect to leave class with a greater knowledge of yoga and yourself. Suitable for all experience levels, and especially beginner friendly.
6:00 - 7:15pm - Yin/Restore
Longer held postures designed to release tension from the spine and joints. Breath and meditation techniques help restore a healthy mind and nervous system.

You might see a new face here at Toes in May. Our new instructor Cicely Miller will be subbing several classes this month, and will add her own class starting in July. Drop in and say hello!
"My name is Cicely Miller and I completed my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in July 2025, followed by subsequent certifications in both Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra. I began practicing yoga to support back pain and complement my powerlifting training while competing but quickly fell in love with the practice and the teachings of yoga. My approach blends strength, mindfulness, and deep rest, creating space for students to build resilience both on and off the mat. I aim to help students move with intention, find balance, and experience the deeper benefits of yoga beyond the physical practice."
May Day has just passed, aligned with a full moon in Scorpio, bringing a fiery energy as we move full force into Spring. And, May brings us a blue moon as well. (a second full moon in the same month.) It's a month for manifesting and creating...bringing to life your desires and goals. And those goals and desires might on or off the mat. Either way, your yoga practice is the perfect place to focus those manifesting vibes.
As we move closer to summer, you might notice more class subs and variations in our weekly class schedule, as vacations and other life plans come into play. But we will continue to publish our weekly class schedule here in our newsletter, on Facebook and Instagram, and of course, on our website.
