I have decided to start an all girls karate class! The class will begin November 2, 5:00 - 6:00 every Tuesday and Thursday. The cost will be $40.00 monthly. This would be great for mothers and daughters! Spread the word! My goal is not only to provide skills for self defense, but the ability to set boundaries, build confidence, strength, and safety skills. Please share!

For years I have wanted to start an all girls/ladies/woman martial arts class. I need to find out if there are interested people. Please let me know. I am always amazed that girls do not sign up when they could benefit the most! Confidence and self defense are so important, build them up before sending them off to college or the world.
