Time to get back to some serious training! Bring a friend! First two classes are free. Monday and Wednesday, all ages ladies/gentlemen, girls/boys. Tuesday and Thursday, all ages, ladies only. Classes begin at 5:00.

I have decided to start an all girls karate class! The class will begin November 2, 5:00 - 6:00 every Tuesday and Thursday. The cost will be $40.00 monthly. This would be great for mothers and daughters! Spread the word! My goal is not only to provide skills for self defense, but the ability to set boundaries, build confidence, strength, and safety skills. Please share!

For years I have wanted to start an all girls/ladies/woman martial arts class. I need to find out if there are interested people. Please let me know. I am always amazed that girls do not sign up when they could benefit the most! Confidence and self defense are so important, build them up before sending them off to college or the world. OK PEEPS OF ALL LEVELS OF FITNESS!! No time like the present to kick off your fall fitness routine. I am teaching classes at the Hurricane Creek clubhouse Monday through Thursday from 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM it is $45 for a month of unlimited classes that breaks down to practically two dollars a class, there are no mirrors, no judgment, no experience necessary, just bring comfy workout clothes and shoes I provide the towels and equipment. For more information you can PM me. I also teach a power class on Saturday every Saturday from 1030 to 12 that is a five dollar cover fee. If you are afraid to commit to a $45 a month fee you can do a drop in fee for five dollars. These classes range from dance to circuit to kickboxing to Pilates and much more a great group of ladies come join the fun and make this fall your best fitness feel good yet!!
