Kids need space to move, play, and grow. 🥋

In jiu-jitsu, they practice coordination, take on new challenges, and learn to respect others.

Would your child know what to do if someone pushed or grabbed them?

In a moment like that, fear can make a child freeze. Learning to protect themselves starts with confidence, awareness, and practice in a safe environment.

In No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu, kids practice movements while learning to stay calm, respect others, and ask for help when they need it.

Kids BJJ No-Gi is today at Gentle Art Chelmsford!
4:30 PM & 5:30 PM

See you on the mats!
🇧🇷

A little glimpse of life on our mats. 🥋

Kids and adults learning, having fun, and growing together—one roll at a time.

We asked our students: “What’s the best part of jiu-jitsu for you?” 🥋

🤍Different answers, but they all have one thing in common: the love for jiu-jitsu and the connections we build on the mats.

And you? What’s the best part of jiu-jitsu for you?
