I'm happy to announce Miss Dee's latest promotion to Recreational Head Coach at Sara Beth's Gymnasts. Dee is our Event Coordinator and has been our Lead Recreational Gymnastics Instructor while also teaching a variety of gymnastics classes and coaching our Copper Team who will be competing later this year. Dee also teaches homeschool educational classes through Chelsea Homeschool Academy with us and more. We appreciate all she does for our staff, students, and families, and we look forward to her continued leadership, inspiration, and encouragement in her new role. Be sure to congratulate her in-person as well as in the comments on this well-deserved promotion.

When Sara Beth Gilbert and her family moved to Chelsea, AL, she hoped to enroll her twins in gymnastics classes, wanting them to experience the same lifelong benefits and skills the sport had given her. When she discovered there were no nearby programs, she decided to create one herself, which led to the start of Sara Beth's Gymnasts.
