Northwest Paddle Sports Races

Work is in progress for this upcoming all community fundraising event to benefit Special Olympics athletes in the sports of Stand Up Paddleboard, Kayaking, Rowing and more. If you can share your talents and time and are interested in helping out in any of the many areas of volunteer needs, from leadership planning/direction (overall or in specific sub-parts) to event volunteer only, please message or comment and help join in the foundation and beginning of another promising new area event in our great Pacific Northwest!

The hope had been to do a modified event for this first year, 2017. But, as we began the planning process for the vision of this event, we realized that there are many details that we must address correctly for a safe, fun and successful event. Be assured, things are in the works for the first, of a hopefully annual growing event, starting 2018! If anyone would like to bring your skills and passion and be involved in any of several areas of this event development, please post or message accordingly. It's exciting and great to be part of creating something that could take off and be yet another noteworthy reason to visit the Pacific Northwest!

Participants could follow and enter any or all of the venue series...all while supporting athletes in Special Olympics joining the popular and growing Paddle Sports of Stand Up Paddleboard, Kayaking, Canoeing and Rowing!
