Good afternoon the best fitness and wellness family ever!!! I have been watching more of the entry attempts at the gym that are failing. A majority of them are due to phobs that are not assigned. That could happen for two reasons:
1. the phob belonged to a member who is no longer a member.
2. We have seen times where a phob that is in your pocket against your cellphone can erase them like it can demagnetize a credit card. If your phob is giving you issues come see us and we can get you a new one.
If it's still the app that isn't working for you then we still have work to do, just let us know when it happens and if you hear the door click or not. This can help us identify what is happening!!!! We have made some adjustments that we hope help!!

• Username: Your email address on file
• Password: Your phone number on file
(You can update your login credentials after signing in.)
To enter the gym:
1. Open the app and tap the “Check In” icon while standing near the door.
2. Wait for the door to unlock.
3. Pull the handle straight toward you to open. (Turning the handle will not work)

Since 2021, she has been helping clients transform their bodies and confidence—both in person and online. Andrea has competed in three bikini division bodybuilding competitions, earning an impressive 4th place in her most recent show in 2023.
