Fitness kickboxing at VMA focuses on all of these things, in a dynamic, well rounded class you can jump right into, whatever your level.

Glocester and Burrillville parents!

Teens are getting ready to go out into the world. It's our job to make sure they are prepared mentally, emotionally, and physically.

Our teen and adult classes focus on the traditional character building aspects of martial arts, such as focus, self control, and discipline, with self defense and situational awareness. We teach by helping them set goals and achieve them!

Make self defense training part of their back to school preparedness with a trial month!
