Great arm pump on the first day of my new routine. Getting into my first real bulk and hoping it goes well. I have a lot of changes I will be focusing on this time around and am excited for the great results

Rocking the new cut with the new shorts! The more I see my new hair the more I’m liking it. Normally I would never wear shorts like this but I’m starting to feel more confident and wanted to try it out. Definitely helping with this leg workout 🏋️♀️

Moments before disaster? 165lbs stacked on the bar for a 1 rep max on my bench press. I didn’t get it this time but I was very close and will more than likely be able to hit it before the end of the month.

Post-workout pump. Working on getting those triceps to pop. Every day in the gym is one day closer to the goal!

Goals for this year:
1. 15% body fat. My leanest was between 16-18% so I don’t think this will be too hard to get back to if I really focus on my eating.
2. Bigger Chest and Shoulders. I would like everything to be bigger of course but my main focus will be shoulders and chest because I am not too happy with where they are right now.
3. Getting back to a regular routine. This is mostly for my mental health and is more than just getting to the gym consistently. I want to get on a regular reading schedule and go on morning walks to dial myself in.

Remember kids stretching is important too. Trying to work on my hip mobility doing some nice stretches after my leg day. Don’t neglect it or you’ll regret it once you start to feel it.

In the words of the 🐐 it is time to stop being a skinny b*tch. I have been away and I’ve been making excuses not to get to the gym but it’s time to kick myself into gear and get back to it.
