American Cueist Billiards - Mighty Custom Cues

This cue sounded like a maracas and no wonder - customer shoved 6 of these and a few smaller shots in there for added weight. 🙄

A few wraps this past couple of weeks starting with a Meucci. Standard coated linen replaced with black leather followed by a Predator Ikon and Joss. The Predator had the typical deep groove and thick wrap but the Joss had linen. Both replaced with different textured black leather per customer preference.

2. Meucci 95-19 Propeller - $700, coated linen, 5/16x18
3. Meucci 2-pointer (butt only) - $450, refinished and modified to 3/8x10, linen
4-7. Vikings - $200-700, linen, Viking QR 5/16x18, variety of authentic Viking shafts but mismatched. #7 has two shafts.

Again, all used with wear (light dents, dings, finish bubbles, minor knicks, etc…). Inquire for more details (weight, shaft diameters, etc.). All come with one shaft except the Dominiak which has two.

Again, I’m not a fan. I’m a traditionalist and prefer old school techniques and materials but these new fads are bringing new players to pursue customization like never before so I don’t mind doing them.

First, it was the clear pads, then color pads, snake Juma and these transparent colored acrylics next. The combinations are almost endless but I’ll do them if it engages players and grows interest in pool.

Finally finished this cue for sponsored player Barry West Jr. Barry specifically wanted a three pointer with this color combination of veneers. Description of materials in video. It’s a 30/30 split for a total length of 60” topped off using a Katana LD shaft and bumper extension kit for stackable carbon fiber rear extensions.
