Today I'm mediting on the words Jesus spoke at "The Last Supper".
Luke 22:19- He took bread , and when he had given thanks, He broke it and gave it to them saying, "This is my body, which is given for you. Do this in remembrance of me."

Romans 12:1 - I finally understand what God is telling us in this scripture. Once again I have learned the hard way! I hope to encourage my brothers and sisters to join me on a journey of healing and seeking health. 🙏🕊️
