So I asked her, and she said "keep doing what you're doing "
So if you're riding a bike or going for walks painting doing things that where you're interest or gave you joy or gives you joy, keep doing it and your body will be able to adjust every day at a cellular level in the magnificent part is you won't even realize it the brain and body will make adjustments together Allowing you to keep doing what you're doing.
