Quick Staff Shoutout 🌟
Miss Haleigh has spent the past month and a half completely revamping our Adult Dance Program, MOVEZ and has been extremely successful! We've loved watching this community of dancers being built, and we can't wait to see all the excitement erupt with new events releasing soon!
Miss Ella has taken on more responsibilities within her Current Student Coordinator position, and she's truly excelling! She's created some fabulous systems that make the ordering and pick-up process for new merchandise seamless and is currently cooking up some extra fun activities for both our students and families!!
Miss Heather continues to be a shining star at the studio as the New Student Coordinator!! Thanks to her efforts in helping make our New Customer Service Dashboard work for us, we currently have the most students we've ever had and are adding new friends every day!! Her values fit with our mission so well, helping alleviate first-day anxiety with informative emails and a friendly face.
Miss Sofia continues to grow our competition program to reach new levels! We have quite a few new friends who have joined our competitive program, and she has done an amazing job of setting the perfect choreography that showcases each dancer's unique abilities.
Miss Presley has been juggling her sophomore year at Marshall University while staying active and fun in the classroom! Her passion for dance shines bright, creating a fun and inclusive environment for our oldest hip-hop dancers.
Miss Lakota is bringing out the best in her students!! Her commitment to creating a welcoming space for teen beginner dancers while balancing fresh and creative choreography can be challenging, but Lakota takes this on head-first and is so successful in finding the perfect balance.
Miss Kaylee is such a light on Monday nights! Her dedication to teaching students a strong foundation of proper ballet technique comes so naturally to her. On Monday night, I witnessed the most heart-warming moment when her Ages 11-13 class embraced her in the biggest group hug and all the high fives after they performed a section of our opening number fabulously.
Miss Melissa is the heart and soul of our studio. It is such an honor to have her as an integral part to what we do, and watching her students improve week after week is just a small part of everything that makes her presence so special. I am extremely grateful for her extensive research, planning, and commitment to strengthening dancers who are dreaming of pointe shoes and developing dancers as they begin their ballet journey.
✨ On social media, it's easy to highlight the smiling faces and joy we see in dance class. This year, as we set foot into a whole new journey, I'd like to make a commitment to sharing more about our teachers. Their effort behind the scenes is what makes every tiny moment mean something big to our students.
Each staff member is such a big part of what we do. Thanks for being a part of the family!
Happy Dancing!
