With a decorated background in health, fitness, and maintaining a good active lifestyle, Mr. Johnson is well equipped to provide persons of all walks of life. Johnson enjoyed participating in sports, community events, and outdoor events/activities. These activities led to the pursuit of a Bachelor's of Science degree in Physical Education, Health and Recreation from Virginia State University. As his interest for fitness grew, he set a personal goal to pursue entrepreneurship! That goal was to put himself and others around him in a positions to assist others in accomplishing their desired goals through proper fitness and healthy nutrition. Johnson believes with the right mindset, a balanced diet, consistency, and proper training can provide a Royal Lifestyle.
