What you eat today can affect much more than your hunger today.
A very salty meal? You may wake up puffy and holding extra water.
A heavy meal late at night? You may feel bloated or sluggish the next morning.
Too much alcohol? Sleep quality and recovery can take a hit.
A day low in protein, fiber, or overall nutrients? You may find yourself hungrier, more tired, and less satisfied.
One meal isn't going to ruin your health.

โ๐๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐ณ๐ผ๐ฟ ๐๐ผ๐ฑ๐ฎ๐โ means your choices are driven mostly by what sounds good, feels good, or is convenient right now.
And sometimes, that's completely fine.
The problem is when today is always winning.
Because today's choices become tomorrow's patterns.
Before you eat, ask yourself:
Sometimes the answer can be both.
