It’s picture day!!!

Yuck- it’s raining- BUT we have a GREAT photo team this fall and they aren’t worried about it. They have tents they’ll be setting up to get everyone taken care of. Be sure you’re on time for your scheduled pictures- …- coaches have this info and it should have been put out in game changer but I’ll also post it here 😉

IF for some reason there is a down pour and we have to postpone and reschedule photos at any point today the photographer will make that call and let us know.

Additionally- this season you will have access to a digital ordering platform. No middle man, more efficient and mailed directly to the address of your choosing!!

In All the hustle and bustle of the day we almost forgot to share the excitement of our newest fundraiser!

Mark your calendars for 09/12/2026; we will be partnering with the Domino's Pizza Slice the Price program for a fundraiser everyone will enjoy! The proceeds of this fundraiser will support clinic opportunities, new equipment and gear, and the t-ball under the lights/trunk or treat event! The great thing about this one- the cards can be shipped directly to the supporter from your link! These cards are redeemable at 3099 dominos stores nationwide!!!

There are prizes for lots of things and you know We love a giveaway/ raffle- you never know when Miss Dawna is going to just choose some random levels or incentives to add in!

Reminder:

Coaches will need help, if they are asking the parents on the team for the designated team parent… please someone take that off their plate…

I promise it is incredibly rewarding and your assist does not go unnoticed. It takes a village everyone… please remember that.

If you are reluctant to step in and need more details before taking the dive- let me know 🙂 I’m happy to meet for a coffee and help you as much as I can.

I’ve been doing team parent since Mason started… all while doing the rest of what it takes to run the league, concession and be a navy ombudsman… I say that to say - it’s overall a small commitment and totally manageable … it is what you make it!

Help your coach, help your team and help me 🙂
It’s really a fun and rewarding experience.

Please assign your designated team parent TODAY …or the next couple of days…. Via game changer or in person, just make sure they know who they are.

You are only the designated team parent if coach assigns this to you- there will be a meeting for you on September 3rd for the remainder of the information you will need to be the wonderful, fun and successful team parent I know you will be 🙂

✨✨✨✨EDIT TO ADD: it has been brought to our attention (thanks loves) that there are a couple of meet the teacher nights scheduled for the 3rd. We are looking end moving the date of the Team parent meeting to accommodate as many as we can. We never want to be the burden on a schedule if we can help it. Often we cannot but this time we can. Watch for updated information. Thank you again guys!
