This Saturday, September 12th, come see Thomas Dale Girls take on Petersburg HS and Matoaca HS right here at The Castle!

Come cheer us on as we use this time to prepare for the upcoming 26-27 basketball season! We look forward to seeing you there!

Summer is winding down and our Thomas Dale Lady Knights are BACK IN THE GYM!

Our girls are putting in the work during open workouts as we prepare for the 2026–27 girls basketball season. That being said, more than ever, that means fueling their bodies to match the work they’re putting in on the court.

We’re committed to prioritizing nutrition and hydration to support performance, recovery, energy, and overall health. But we just need a little help from our amazing community to keep our fridge & pantry stocked! 🙌🏽

The early mornings, the late nights, the recovery sessions, the film study, the weight room, and the decisions nobody applauds actually SHOWS even when you think it may not.

Train, rest, recover, focus and bond with your teammates during this dead period.
