Thursday evenings, beginning 6/25/26-8/13/26 from 6:30-7:30pm for 8 weeks and a couple of Mondays with a culminating optional race 5k/10k or half marathon!
Grace and Pace Kids returns! 5:30-6:30 for 8 weeks with a one mile race and optional 5K at the end. We will learn the basics of running and learn how it is fun!!!

Spring is the perfect time to start (or keep!) running and we’ll do it together, with grace, consistency, and lots of encouragement.

I was coaching kids, raising three of my own, and running purely for the love of it.

Hi!👋🏻 With a few new faces here, I wanted to share a little of my heart behind Grace and Pace. ✨
Years ago, I felt a nudge to blend my lifelong love of running with a way to help others stay strong—physically and mentally. I’m so grateful I followed that God-led dream.
Grace and Pace has grown into a space where women are encouraged, strengthened, and reminded of their worth. A place to set goals and pursue them at their own pace.
