Zumba classes are now 4x a week. Tuesday, Wedsneday, Thursday 7-8pm and Saturday mornings. Come join the fun and get fit.

So when are you going to come and try Zumba with us? Class is open to all Tues/Thurs 7-8pm and Saturday 10-11am. Come and give it a try, you will enjoy it.

Getting tired of the same old gym like setting? Class sizes that make you feel like you are in a college lecture hall? Hardcore instructors that act like military drill sergeants? Come take a class with MCZumba. We have smaller class sizes, a happy and fun instructor, and even do classes outside on nice days so you can work on a tan as you shape that body for beach season. MCZumba is totally nonjudgmental whether you are in shape or not, or even if this is your first time taking such a class. Have two left feet? Some of our participants claim to have three yet they still show for every class and have fun. Each 1 hour workout session not only has fun but also burns between 600 and 800 calories. Come visit us.
