Pocahontas Racing was started by a group of cyclists and triathletes who want to share their passion for mountain biking, gravel biking, road cycling, trail running, road running, and swimming with others!

⚠️ Trail Alert: The 19-mile section of the Capital Trail between Herring Creek (MM 27) and the Chickahominy Riverfront Bridge (MM 7.5) is currently closed due to downed trees and power lines.

Crews from the Virginia Department of Transportation are actively working to clear debris and restore safe access. Cleanup efforts are expected to continue through the week (6/15-6/19). Please avoid this section of the Trail and use caution in affected areas. We will share updates as they become available. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Parking is limited so ride your bike if you can or park on a side street. We’d like to have parking available for shop customers dropping off and picking up repairs.

Great article on Pocahontas State park!

Over 44 miles of trail. Lake views. Berms that actually work. This Virginia park is mountain bike heaven.
