Please give a huge welcome to our Manchester Marlins Swim Team Coaches, Sarah and Tiana!

Sarah is a Marlins Alumni and has previously served as an Assistant Coach. Sarah will be stepping into the role of Head Coach.

Tiana comes to us with years of swim team and aquatics experience, including starting teams in Texas and Seattle which are still competing now.

Sarah and Tiana believe in creating great experiences for their swimmers by building confidence, improving technique and seeing those race times get faster!

We are very excited to have this powerful duo jump right in to coaching, supporting and leading the Manchester Marlins!

Think you can conquer the Stepmill? Your challenge is to complete 20 flights in 5 minutes on the Stepmill machine. Push your pace, challenge yourself and see if you can make it to the top!
