🎁 Holiday Giving at Formula Athletics! 🎁

Hey Formula Athletics Family!

We’re excited to kick off our Winter Clothing Drive to support children impacted by familial incarceration.

This fundraiser benefits students in the Milk and Cookies (MAC) Children’s Program through Assisting Families of Inmates (AFOI). MAC is a local nonprofit that provides weekly support groups for kids in eight Richmond City elementary schools who have an incarcerated parent, caregiver, or loved one.

Each year, AFOI fills “MAC Sacks” with essential and fun items to brighten the holidays for these children, and this season, we’re helping fill those bags with:

🧣🧤🧦👕 Winter hats, gloves, socks, and underwear

All donated items must be NEW and in their original packaging, and in sizes suitable for children in grades K–5.

💪 How You Can Help:
Bring new items to the gym and drop them in the gift box by November 30, 2025!

* $25 per class
* Free gym membership
* CrossFit Level 1 preferred
* Coaching experience required
* Must be friendly, reliable, and eager to grow as a coach
* Morning and Evening positions available

Huge shout out and a special thank you to all the strong and beautiful ladies of the VCU CHAARG program!

This week we had the pleasure of hosting these young women and showing them a little but of how we like to workout, get our sweat on and most of all, HAVE FUN!

We had an absolutely blast and cannot wait to have you back again soon!

Here we have Formula Athletics Human Resourced department. If you’ve been to the 4:30pm class then you are well aware that these ladies are “the muscle” keeping Coach Zack in line!!

Rumor has it, Ed once filed a complaint and he disappeared for a few days 👀
