Trying to drop body fat but don't have time to spend hours in the kitchen?
These 5 meals are
my go-tos when I need something fast, packed with
protein, and under 500 calories!
1️⃣ Grilled Chicken & Veggie Stir Fry
6 oz grilled chicken breast, 1 cup broccoli, 1/2 cup bell peppers, 1/4 cup onions, 1 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce, 1 tsp olive oil.
450 cal, 42g protein, 20g
carbs, 18g fat.
Directions:Sauté veggies in olive oil, grill the chicken, then toss together with soy sauce.
2️⃣ Turkey & Zucchini Noodles
5 oz lean ground turkey, 1 cup zucchini noodles, 1/4 cup
marinara sauce, 1 tsp olive oil, sprinkle of parmesan.
420 cal, 40g protein, 15g
carbs, 18g fat.
Directions: Cook the turkey in
a skillet, toss with zucchini noodles and marinara, and finish with parmesan.
3️⃣ Egg White & Veggie Scramble
1 cup egg whites, 1/4 avocado, 1/2 cup mushrooms, 1/2 cup spinach, 1 slice whole grain toast.
390 cal, 41g protein, 28g
carbs, 12g fat.
Directions: Sauté veggies, scramble egg whites, and serve with avocado and toast.
4️⃣ Smoothie
1 cup non-fat Greek yogurt, 1 scoop whey protein, 1/2 cup mixed berries, 1 tbsp almond butter, ice.
440 cal, 42g protein, 35g
carbs, 15g fat.
Blend everything together until smooth and creamy.
5️⃣ Shrimp & Cauliflower Rice
Bowl
6 oz shrimp, 1 cup cauliflower rice, 1/4 cup salsa, 1/4 avocado,
1 tsp olive oil.
400 cal, 40g protein, 18g
carbs, 15g fat.
Directions: Sauté shrimp with olive oil, serve over cauliflower rice, and top with salsa and avocado.
Pro Tip:These meals are quick and easy and keep me on track with my fat-loss goals. You can customize for your taste.

You’re not alone. The struggle is REAL!
My fellow ladies 40 + Do any of the following sound familiar?

I get it and you are not alone.
Believe it or not, 60% of women gain weight during menopause due to hormonal changes?
I can definitely vouch for this because for the past 10 years I’ve been working with women 40+ and this is one of the first things they tell me when I meet with them (while pointing to their bellies).
What is happening is these hormone shifts affect your metabolism, appetite, and even where your body stores fat (can we say menopause belly😩)
So, try to have some grace with yourself.
Menopause weight gain isn’t your fault, and it doesn’t mean you’ve failed.
Your body is just navigating a new phase, and with the right approach, you can feel strong, healthy, and confident again.

Hello there! 👋 If we haven't crossed paths before, allow me to introduce myself…
I've been a fitness fanatic for as long as I can remember💃.
In January 2015, I opened my personal training studio for women 40 and older. Over the past 10 years, I've had the absolute privilege of helping so many amazing women transform their lives.
I have grown to understand that a woman’s body over 40 is different, not to mention we are just a little bit tired and burnt out 🤪. I've done the research and experienced it firsthand.
Maintaining my weight has only sometimes brought happiness. There were times when I was fit but felt miserable.
Now, at 48, my focus is on achieving a healthy and sustainable weight. No more quick fixes or chasing my 20-year-old self 😜
Some days, I just strive to roll over in bed without pulling a muscle…
That's where my 12/30 Method came about, and it's a total game-changer 🏋️♀️. With 12/30, I can finally enjoy ALL foods guilt-free without getting caught up in the carb, calorie, or fat confusion 🥗
And guess what?
12/30 only requires 30 minutes of exercise 3x per week. Sounds crazy, right? It can even work without exercise…

Struggling with weight loss during menopause? You’re not alone!
Here are 3 effective tips to help women over 40 lose weight and feel their best:
1️⃣ Focus on Strength Training: Building muscle boosts your metabolism, which slows down during menopause. Add weightlifting or bodyweight exercises to your routine 2-3 times a week.
2️⃣ Prioritize Protein: Aim for 20-30 grams of protein at every meal and 10-12 grams for snacks. This helps manage blood sugar and supports hormone health. 
4️⃣ Prioritize Sleep: Poor sleep impacts your metabolism and hormones. Aim for 7-8 hours per night and establish a calming bedtime routine.
✨ Remember: Peri/ Menopause is a transition, not a limitation. With the right strategies, you can feel strong, energized, and confident!
