The boys played pretty well in their first real action of the season...finished 1-1-1...second place in the consolation bracket (4th overall - out of 11)...picked up some hardware and I have another dust collector for my desk at work.

This is pretty cool...when I was in high school kangaroo leather, specifically with Nacona gloves and Pony cleats, was where it was at!

Congrats to these 2 for being voted -by their teammates- to participate in Chesterfield Baseball and Softball Association All-Star game!
Although other teammates had great seasons and deserve to play, as well, the boys could only pick 2 to best represent all that our team stands for. After a vote, the boys chose Charlie McKeon and Austin Ring to represent their team and, in our case, their school. Nice work boys! Living Word Christian School
